A Server for Inverse Folding of RNA
Chair for Bioinformatics

INFO-RNA is a server for the design of RNA sequences that fold into a given pseudo-knot free RNA secondary structure. Here, you can get an example of the settings and the results. Some hints how to handle structures including small pseudo-knots can be found here .

RNA Secondary Structure: [?]
(folding temperature is fixed at 37°C)
Sequence Constraints and Allowed Violations: [?]
(IUPAC symbols)

(e.g.: "4 W +" constrains the sequence to have a 'A' or a 'U' at position 4, but due to the '+', this constraint is allowed to be violated)

Constraint Overview [?]
(needs javascipt)
Maximal number of violations: [?]
(in the designed sequence)

Parameter for the Stochastic Local Search: [?]

Objective function:
Probability for accepting bad mutations:
Pre-sort candidates for mutation: yes (default) no

Number of Designed Sequences: [?]
(Sequences might be very similar, which is due to the rather fixed initializing sequence.)
Results are to be given [?] as a web page (only for structures < 100)
